Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@kovanutri.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
