Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been opened or partially used
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code (store credit only)
- Products damaged due to misuse
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@kovanutri.com and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong product sent, defective item).
How to Return
Email us at support@kovanutri.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.
